    Comcast SportsNet Houston is the new channel starting up that is a joint venture between the Rockets, Astros and NBC Sports Group. They'll be broadcasting Rockets games now starting this season.

    The network announced its first on-air talent hire today, and it's Kelli Johnson, who has been covering the Washington Nationals and Redskins for Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic.

    Thought you might want to know since you'll probably be seeing her a lot covering the Rockets and Astros.

    I think this is how it works. Bill, Bull, and Clyde are paid employees of the Rockets. Kevin works for FSN-H, unless I'm mistaken. Same might be for Coach.

    Obviously you haven't lived in Houston that long. She was the courtside anchor for the Rockets for quite a few years in the late 90's to early 2000's. Rag on her if you want, but she actually did a very good job.
