    I wonder what would happen if you get the fight in HD. Usually they are about $10 more ($59.95) with DISH.

    The fine print says: "To receive $40 through this mail-in offer, you must purchase the Manny Pacquiao vs. Timothy Bradley Jr. HBO Pay-Per-View Fight on June 9, 2012 (pre-tax purchase price of $49.95) to be eligible for this $40 Mail-In Rebate Offer"
