    He has had more than one year... He has had 3 I believe. In 3 years I have seen no improvement. Thus far he is the classic example of a garbage player that has to run the offense and make all the decisions to be effective, the problem is he isn't effective enough to do that on a winning team.. So he is relegated to the world of Ricky Davis and Flip Murray.
