    This has been going on since the HOV was built.

    I didn't think the police had a right to confiscate something like that.

    Someone here in Toronto got a ticket because of this, he was speeding in the HOV lane and got caught with his dummy passenger after he got puled over.

    Yeah. There just happened to be someone there documenting the incident? Would have been more believe-able if they used the police dash cam.

    Why were they allowed to take his dummy? What if he was simply transporting the dummy, albeit, in the wrong lane, but you can break that law without having a dummy in the passenger seat. They cant take that dummy.
