I was wondering if any of y'all had any comedians(favourite or just those you've seen/listened to in the past) that do no cuss/swear/use profanity(at all or much).
    Kind of like Sinbad.

I got to thinking about this after watching one of my favourite comedians(Aries Spears) show and hearing needless cussing in it.

    Any recommendations?

Minor swearing, PG ratings would go to:

    Louis C.K.
    Another Brother

Louis C.K.? PG? Have you not seen his last 3 stand-up specials or his show?

Paul F. Tompkins is pretty clean, so are the Sklar Brothers.

Some up-and-comers don't like to because it helps train their tongue for a potential late-night spot on Conan, Letterman, etc/reach a wider audience.

Jerry Seinfeld's always been anti-swearing, as he believes it's simply a cheap method of spicing up a weak joke. Gaffigan and Cosby also adopted this approach. In general, clean comics are becoming rarer and rarer.

Suck a Bag of Dicks is a PG-rated sentence, btw. :p

OK, all I've seen is about 4 hours of watching him on Youtube. I think it might have been one season of tours. It just struck me that he didn't swear as just a matter of speech. And I do recall him going through entire bits without swearing...at least not beyond PG rating

    but here's another one.

Ricky Gervais? Could be wrong, but I don't think I've heard him cuss.

ok, despite him using his daughters and family situations in his comedy, now I recall he likes to say "f!ck" a lot. I guess I have a high tolerance for cussing. But, I agree with the OP, I don't like comedians who use vulgarity as comedy in and of itself.

So, don't listen to me...at least this gives me a reason to go watch more Louie.
