    The Rockets need some help -- they're really hoping to see Kyle Lowry get more votes for the All Star Game.

    I thought there was really no point since Lowry did not have a realistic shot at the top two (fans vote in starters) and could only be picked by the coaches, but they're telling me that being top 5 in fan voting does have an impact/influence with the coaches picks, with a few exceptions.

    As of the last update on the 19th, Lowry is 6th among West guards.

    I mean, Ricky Rubio (11 points, 8.3 assists) has nearly twice the votes as Lowry. He's trailing Westbrook by about 35K. We've got one week left: Lowry's having a great year and should get some recognition.
