Big Blow to the Grizzlies: Darrell Arthur feared out for season

Arthur is a good role player with limited upside. The Grizz will miss his hustle and intelligence, but it will not make or break their season.

They will win 48-52 games and get knocked out of the playoffs.

 

Arthur is solid but replaceable.

Like others have mentioned, give Martin and Humphries a call.

We trade for Gay, and give Memphis the "depth" they need at the Backup 4 and 5....

Makes perfect sense to Memphis - get legit perimeter threat, and viable backups at key positions.

Houston get's its start in Gay, gets YOUNGER, and fills a need.


Comparison:

 

Humphries would be a good pickup, he could easily pick up Z-Bo's boards when he's off the court.

Martin I worry about, he seems to have a bit of an attitude, and I don't like the idea of mixing him with Randolph.

Actually, as a Rockets fan, I love that idea.

Damn,,, I drafted this guy with my 10th pick on fantasy because of how well he played last year and I thought he'd get a lot more minutes this year...........

 

They are targeting Dante Cunningham, who is a definite downgrade from Arthur.
