Top Sushi on Westheimer is my personal favorite. Prices aren't bad either. They've got great Happy Hour and Reverse Happy Hour deals.

Another good place is Sushi Choo Choo on 1960, very cheap. Convey Sushi on Congress is another good spot.

This is going to sound weird but there is a new place in Sugarland called Keepers.. It'son Highway 6 and Dulles Avenue.. I was actually surprised by the quality and variety that was served. Also the place inside was "REALLY" nice (Almost like you need to come in with a damn tie nice).. Classy even though it's in a corner of a shopping center.

    Homey don't do cheap sushi.

Kubo Sushi in the Rice Village does have a happy hour menu. Good prices but limited selection.

My favorite is Soma. Yes it's on Washington and yes it can be douchey, but they have a great happy hour and the sushi is very good.

I've never found an end-all-be-all sushi place in Houston. I almost think you'd have to rank em' by individual rolls. For example, Soma has one of my favorite rolls, etc...

I don't have a go-to place, but my favorite place to eat sushi (ambiance) is Blue Fish on Richmond. Its very chill and relaxed. Not the douche-fest, loud, or expensive sushi you'll run into in Houston.

Sometimes I just want to go eat sushi with a bro. Maybe catch a game...

A lot of the sushi places have a date vibe, going out vibe, or large group vibe. I just wanna eat sushi. And Blue Fish is the sushi place I'd take a date to also. Not trying to impress anyone, just need a quiet place to talk. Gotsta work my charm.

AKA Sushi House on West Alabama, just east of Kirby.

Best sushi happy hour in town.

This one is close to where I live. I like it, but I went during the day once, like 2, and it looked kind of gross. Its tiny too, there can be a wait. Food is fine.

Top Sushi. The tables are set to a more one on one style, makes it a good place for date nights.

Big fan of Uptown Sushi, but eat at Soma a lot as it's pretty much right across the street from where I live.
