Favorite Non-Standard Instrumentalist in Rock

    So this would exclude electric/acoustic guitar, bass, drums, and piano. It would be instruments like violin, flute, harmonica, saxophone, or a not-as-frequently-used stringed instrument like mandolin, banjo, dulcimer, etc. We see so many surveys about Best Guitarist, Best Bassist, Best Drummer, Best Pianist, and Best Vocalist that I thought this would be kinda different.

    One of my favorites? Magic Dick from J. Geils Band on harmonica.

    I could post 8 or 10 songs with a mandolin, but this one pretty much defines the mood change of Fall to Winter anyway.

    Matt Bellamy is always fun on the keytar if you've seen them live. I like Blues Travelers Harp player also.
