Signing Hayes to a 4-year contract should be one of Morey's top priorities when the lockout ends. Guys like Hayes, Elie, Hakeem are the epitome of what it means to be a Rocket: heart of a champion.

If Hayes can give us another 5-6 years of very good bb, I would retire his jersey before Yao's.
