    I know when and where the concert was. Shakira is COLOMBIAN... which has nothing to do with Barcelona... :p and if you're really into symbolic stuff, the MC should have been someone with some tie (not some player's girlfriend) to the team, city, or even country.

    As far as I know the concert was something totally different it just happened around the same time... so why would someone else introduce the players? It was her concert so she introduced them.. No disrespect, but you do know Pique is her boyfriend?

    No worries, man, you're not disrespecting anyone by just asking a question you don't know someone may already know. Yes, I know Piqué is Shakira's boyfriend... which was my reason to say
    "Quoted for emphasis."

    My point is... ok, Shakira is hot and all... and, yes, I like seeing her on stage and stuff... but... man, other than being the girlfriend... there's no Barcelona or Catalan tie, man. :p

According to his wiki, his dad was a lawyer and his mom was also successful, meaning he grew up rich, got even richer and is now 24 years old, starting on the best soccer team in the world that just won the champions league, AND now I learn that he's banging Shakira?
