    a little late, did anyone catch this guy making fun of eric cantor on the house floor reading a children's book on how a bill becomes a law. cantor told reporters that the house was ready to pass a law without senate approval.

    That is awesome. I love the guy. He's funny, passionate about what he believes, and unafraid to call people out on their bull$*!t. I honestly think there's only one thing keeping him from running in 2016: the last name. I doubt Americans can be mature enough to elect a guy named Weiner.

    He's too liberal to get elected.

    But since Kennedy's death & Wexler's retirement, he's pretty much the best we have in terms of elected, liberal standard-bearers (that regularly go on television).

    He'd be great to succeed Bloomberg in NYC, though. (The Arby's joke was killer.)

    I caught that on the Daily Show last night. Jon Stewart was saying that made Democrats look like "dicks" but really when a someone like Cantor makes that sort of claim he should be ridiculed.
