    This is bull****. If they were going to do this there should be scholarships just for blacks. Or women. Or Jews.

    Imagine a kid going for a job with this on the resume and the interviewer was carlherrera. 15 minute diatribe on Fox News and 20 ways your ancestors were evil then a boot out the door.

    Other things that should exist:
    - 24 hour convenience stores
    - financial aid for poor students
    - microwavable popcorn
    - vehicles that float on the water
    - devices that project stories onto some sort of screen
    - digestible foodstuffs
    - toilet tissue
    - Rockets centric websites (including one that allows clueless people to post opinions)

    It's 25% Caucasian, so Arabs and Hispanics can qualify, too. Heck, I'm sure almost anyone can qualify.
