    Trump 2.0 has ordered---invoking emergency powers under the Defense Production Act---the restart of a Santa Barbara oil pipeline
    shut since the 2015 Refugio spill,

    California officials say the move defies court orders and state oversight. Gov. Gavin Newsom said the state will sue.

    FWIW, so far under Trump 2.0, Gov Newsom is batting 100% in court.
