    If this team is going to get past the first round we have to get 25+ from the bench in every win. DFS is not going to help in that respect.

    I like him starting.

    its skewed with being with the starters most of the game

    There is no defense outside of igoudala etc that can justify starting a 0ppg player

    people seem to forget...

    basketball is about scoring points and the game favors the offensive player HEAVILY.

    They also won't guard his jumper like Amen

    basketball is about scoring poitns and stopping the other team from scoring points. The Pelicans took the lead exclusively targeting Reed. Even Hollins was lamenting not being able to take Reed out of the game in the 4th

    No, the pels took the lead from turnovers . The exact play was when Dickerson passed to a DFS on the floor. But I’m sure that wasn’t the play that fixated you. You absolutely have to defend but if you can’t score points you’re useless in today’s game. You don’t score, you don’t get defended. The guys that can score get triple teamed

    people seem to get a bit too excited over the 3 or 4 plays where someone gets targeted and then forget the whole game.

    also literally nobody cares about what hollins has to say


    If you’re trying to defend starting DFS not much hope bro. The rockets are 8-2 starting Reed but narratives get built on less BS tbh
