This is why I'd rather the Rockets get rid of Ime and see if a new coach can change things up before making wholesale changes to the entire roster. Have one more season with a new system to evaluate the current roster and then see what changes we need to make.

No point in going all-in sacrificing assets just to appease Ime and KD... that is the worst thing for this franchise to do and we'll be set back for at least a decade with still zero chance at a championship.

They only lost 36 pts...

I thought it would be 40+ pts loss.

The Denvers are not even sweating.

 

And it's the coach who insists on starting that center and 4 forwards combo that clearly isn't working. Like I said earlier, they're now 9-8 on the season. They cannot consistently score and their defense is nowhere near good enough to mitigate the putrid offensive output.

Any other coach would admit to himself that a lineup change is in order. Especially when we have actual data showing the starting units with either Okogie or Reed perform way better. But Ime keeps doing the same thing over and over again.

Not going to happen. Ime and Fred are the Bill O'Brien/Jack Easterby of the NBA. They've got ownership mesmerized. It would take a bad loss in the play-in before the Ferttita kid would even put them on notice. They run this b!tch.

 

Courtside was a nightmare.

The rockets just looked exhausted, especially KD and my boy Bari (healing up)

We can beat Denver, but we played tired and let that scrub Braun dirty us up.

We will be fine, but I'm still hoping for some Cole World security if necessary, or a big (there are options discussed)

One sad thing that is becoming more and more noticable is the lack of relationship between Tari and KD. Tari was literally talking ish to KD during a time out...while he was just as bad tonight. Tari is a nice guy off the court...but he's not tight with the main core. That much is apparent.

Tari is also probably pissed at himself right now for turning down that offer. He's cost himself millions this season.

Welp at this rate I don't think a bad loss in the play-in is out of question, and that's the exact scenario that I'm rooting for this season. This team is going nowhere with Ime at the helm, both now and in the future.

Lulz. KD is a team cancer, We got him and we are considerably worse this year compared to last, if Tari was talking shite he wasn’t wrong. Yes KD can shoot lights out, he also plays zero defense at this point in his career and turns the call over WAY too much.

 

No offense Codman, but you’ve bever called anything correctly. Things are not alright or even close to being right. This roster composed by Stone is awful and is only good at turning the ball over. We should be excited about getting the first pick in this upcoming draft of the decade, but Stone gave away our Nets unprotected pick.

 

When Harden was here, we were playing the modern basketball that has tons of 3pt shots.

After Ime coming here, everything has changed.

We are playing 1980s basketball now.
