Nuggets one of the 2 best teams in the league? I’d take the Thunder, Celtics, and Spurs over Denver not even sure Denver would beat the Wolves in a playoff series
Fell for the Harden quote. Spoiler Yeah, I think the Nuggets are top 3 team in the West. And would beat the Rockets in a playoff series. Is that a hot take? Would be swept by Thunder, swept by Spurs, Nuggets in 5/6, lose to Warriors, coin flip with Lakers/Wolves. Thunder Spurs ——— Nuggets ——— Wolves Lakers Rockets Warriors ——— Clippers Blazers Suns Celtics ——— Knicks Cavs Pistons ——— Raptors Heat ——— Sixers Magic Hawks Hornets
I pretty much agree with these rankings, only I think the Nuggets as they are now are vulnerable to Minny and the Rockets only because I've seen these teams beat that Nuggets team. If you asked me for the finals though I think it's Boston-OKC and I think Boston wins. Rockets play OKC a lot closer to the Spurs, not sure what it is about Spurs, all their dudes start hitting shots the moment we play them. Castle whose shooting is Amen's level starts hitting every shot against us. I think we'd do better than most people think though because for example, random guys getting hot is hard to sustain in a 7 game series, teams flaws get put on the table in playoff series, we saw this last year with our team. We're not losing to this Warriors team, some random gleague guy is not going to get hot every game like he did against us last game, it just doesn't happen, a guy has a good game, maybe they win that game, that's it. The most dangerous team in that play-in spot are the clippers though because of Kawhi. If you see prime Kawhi you're team is in danger. Won't matter though, we won't get the 1 or 2 seed to have to worry about play-in teams.
Heat players shamelessly fouling the Wizards to generate more possessions for Bam. Wizards announcer: "out of respect, Eric Spoelstra will now pull Bam Adebayo." (Spoiler: He didn't)
