You do realize where they practice now means many of the players to get more house live in ghetto ass suburbs like Missouri City and Pearland

This will be a massive upgrade

When I lived in Bunker Hill Village JJ Watt had moved there when he signed his big deal.

I would think many players would look at the Memorial Villages if they want something premium and already west so you reverse commute.

Again while places like Frisco or Bridgeland will never be The Woodlands they are upgrades from getto ass Irving or Ghetto ass Mo City

 

There is nothing ghetto about Pearland lol

 

Its certainly not luxurious

Missouri City is so ghetto. I guess Sienna is nice but I played Golf at Quail Valley a few years ago

Missouri City is what it is.
But acting like Cypress area is some nice area while Pearland is ghetto is just not accurate

 

that sucks. I grew up there (first ever Elkins graduating class) but haven’t been back for 20 years. I guess I’ll stay away and keep my good memories!
