Genuinely have no idea what the mic drop is about but I don't have more to share. I'm only interested in the better shooter on the season, not interested in changing my philosophy on it.
I don't know if he's a 40% shooter for life but I know that he is murdering teams that leave him open and he's shot 40% this season. I do think he's a 37-38% and Jabari has never been that till this season either.
I think Tari could ultimately be the first big off the bench on a championship level team. He's an energy guy who can overwhelm other bench players, and he can hit 3s if left wide open. But any improvement going forward will be incremental. He'll never be a starter on a great team. Generally speaking, people on this board need to stop wish-casting for our "young core". Tari is a great example. He's going to be 25 years old before this season is over. He's not suddenly going to unlock some missing part of his game.
I just don't know how you can justify him starting over Reed. Maybe just swap Tari and Jabari depending on matchups.
did us a favor turning down the 100 mil at this point you move him to the bench if he pouts, its his own contract he's screwing over
He is a disruptor and isn't smart enough to make good solid decisions, he is selfish with the ball on the break - just a very average player who wants to do more on offense to earn more money but his skills just aren't there. DD
Dude has potential but his iq is in room temperature range. Literally every game he does something that makes you scratch your head or even question “why on earth did he do that”… I think I am ready to move on from him
I was meh on Tari when he was hitting shots, and I'm even more down on him now. What he gives us in hustle he takes away in boneheaded decision making. On both ends. He's old enough that if he were gonna get his head together, we'd have seen it by now. He's the guy I'd move out of the starting 5.
Off the bandwagon, huh. I’ll give you credit you have no shame. Next you’ll be saying too bad Cam was so selfish, glad he is gone.
I think Eason is losing quite a bit of money with his current performance. His injury issues are also concerning. Not sure if he is really going to get the offers he is looking for the in the open market.
It looks like Ime had the starting lineup correct at the start of the year(sans 2 bigs), Amen, Okogie, Durant, Jabari, Sengun.
They better not give his sorry a** any money. He made a bad decision by not signing that 9 figure deal. That will come back to bite him. I would let him go and get a deal and test the market.
