Never understood why they were even thinking about letting him go.

He would have been pretty damn perfect for the Texans.

i don’t understand how we couldn’t beat that offer by a lot. This truly sucks. And now it’s clear, we are gonna screw ourselves again with a garbage o-line. So tired of this dumpster dive approach to the o-line.

 

There’s a ton of outstanding o linemen on the market. If they don’t sign two/draft two I’d be surprised.

 

Correction: With the NFL salary cap increase, he might get $18M/year.

 

this guy must be an enormous head-case for Philly to move on from such a talent.

 

This sucks for 2 reasons. First loved McGovern and I was hoping he was our #1 FA IOL target--fk me! Plus that was a reasonable deal.

Second, Mays price just went up. Watch Cas will head to Dollar General now and sign a couple guys. Sht this sux!!

How would you feel about Taylor Decker and Wyatt Teller or Issac Seumalo?

 

I think there is a reason their respective teams didn’t fight harder to keep them

 

Decker has a lot left in the tank.

Teller, I'm not so sure about, but both if healthy would be upgrades.

 

I am a little concerned about EJ Speed spending.

If Meco has shown anything, it’s that he can coach up LBs.

I think a young LB (or 2) have been the move here.

It’s not impossible from here - just seems unlikely.
