@Nook ND this is Before the gas hikes and food inflation that is going explode cuz of high diesel prices. Jet fuel is skyrocketing which means no cheap vacation to cancun for Americans.

He's completely misread the room. Unbelievable

"There will be no deal with Iran except Unconditional Surrender" - Trump on social media, 3/6/26.

Based on his behavior, this likely indicates his administration has been approaching Iran looking for an end, and got rejected. If you are truly dealing with a death cult, they are going down with you. Good thing they are probably more rational than you think. But this bull has picked a china shop that cannot be put back together.

This is exactly what I said earlier in this thread. Longer the regime holds out the admin will escalate the air strikes which means more innocent people dying and thus more Iranians will turn pro regime

Unbelievable how nobody understands this in the military

They aren't more rational. This is life or death for them. You don't understand the religious pov for the shiites. We just killed their pope. The IRGC will go down dying

I actually can't find a single instance of a direct hit on an F15 or F16 by an enemy being acknowledged. I'm aware it has happened but I was actually just curious about whether this is a policy.

Didn't know you were an expert on the religious POV of the Shiites.

I don't know much, but I do know this: war is messy and anyone thinking they know the reactions and outcome is foolish. I also know that their "pope," not part of any deal, self-imposed a limit on their ballistic missiles to 2,000 kilometers, apparently to not alarm European nations and because that range was enough to cover the Middle East including American bases there. That limit was reportedly removed after the war with Israel last year that ended with the U.S. bombing them. Military aggression tends to lead to more military aggression, and before you know it, boom everywhere.

But anyone who thinks one side is a "death cult" that will "go down dying" is also implicitly supporting their eradication, because that framing leaves nothing left to negotiate.

My wife is a practicing shiite and comes from the oldest shiite tribes in Iran. I understand the religion quite well. You are completely clueless if you think we can install our own Ayatollah or the Iranians will accept some puppet regime. The hardcore religious fanatics in Iran will die for their cause without thinning twice. If we kill their clerics it will only radalize the local population. These folks are crazy

The Ayatollah already agreed upon the most comprehensive nuclear agreement and went above ND beyond what Obama negotiated. The 2k limit that was removed would've been worked out in a final nuclear agreement the Oman foreign minister said

Just seems like it gets worse everyday…didn’t make sense on day 1 if we were told the truth…last summer we’d be libtards to suggest that we hadn’t killed their nuclear capabilities… was told we were safe, and to suggest otherwise was awful…. .but we have a reality TV clown show in power, so we’re stuck with this until an adult in the administration stands up and says, “this **** is ****ing crazy.” And it’s ****ing crazy. Bots and Trump dick suckers are all in….they lost the plot so long ago. Not the America I’d defend…I serve a very different King

Question for all my patriots @basso @tinman

What's the difference between wanting the rockets to lose so ime gets fired and we get a "championship coach"

And wanting the US to lose so trump will get replaced ?

Just I've been seeing hate directed at MSM and people saying that MSM wants US to lose the war . What if it's just taking a step back to we can finally take a step in the right direction.

Ya know , like tariffs may cause temporary pain but in the long run they will be good (so trump said)

And I've got to admit , I haven't had as much time to watch the rockets this year , so I'm not plugged in and don't have a strong opinion on Udoka. But the idea of wanting to lose so you can get another coach that gives you a better chance has been a common through process around here for a long time . Maybe Dusty Baker was the better example.

    Anyways , what gives !?

Why hate on those of us rooting for the US to lose ;) ?

We just want better leadership .

If trump lucks out and wins this one , he might get re elected in 28 and then we are REALLY screwed.

You haven't seen anything yet amigo..... It's about to get UGLY

Denounce the illegal war before we send soliders on the ground and fight in the name of a lost cause. You don't want to be on the wrong side of history

China is concerned because it gets about 20% of its oil from Iran. Otherwise it is thrilled to see us waste our resources on things which do not help us keep up with them in important ways.
