Hate listening to Udoka press conferences. Already mad at the loss and 30 min later it goes to Super Saiyan mode because of his bs explanations.

Reed and Amen have a lot of synergy and complement one another, but you need to have the help defense and a shot blocking big

That's how the warriors did it with Curry

Yall people think @RB713 is playing when he says Alpi is an alcoholic when he’s very serious and concerned about it.

I talked about it on the postgame with Dave, but I really don't like the "playing down to the competition" framing. Yes, maybe if you play harder in the first half, you have a lead of 10-15 points and can withstand the late meltdown. Possible.

But the bigger issue, after Reed hit that 3 with 8:27 left, they literally scored two points in six-plus minutes of game action. That is beyond unacceptable if you're trying to be a serious team. And it's the same **** we've seen most of the season when it comes to halfcourt offense in high-leverage spots. Same old story. I hope that's the focus internally, because "dominate the first 42 minutes enough so that the last 6 don't matter" probably isn't a sufficient strategy for real contention.

That's their issue though, they can't stop anything, much less a fast break.

They don't even have the talent to defend, their best defenders are old Bron and Smart.

The difference is that the Warriors have a really good front office.

The Rockets have a really mediocre front office.

All they have to do is stay at home and watch the Bricklayer run around like a decapitated chicken because he can’t shoot.

Bron could out coach Ime and beat us in 5 or 6.

And it doesn’t help his gf was a bottle girl at the clubs before she met him. I’m sure she brings out the sparkles with the bottle to his bed every night.

It is becoming routine now that the Rockets are behind by the time Reed enters the game. He then bails out the Rockets to even up the score or lead after a few minutes. It was the same tonight. The Rockets were behind by almost double digits again, and Reed had to bail them out. Unfortunately, they could not overcome the great team play by the Warriors.

    How are they basically us?

the Rockets don’t have the 15th best point differential in the NBA

the Rockets don’t have a bottom 10 defense

the Rockets aren’t the one with no perimeter defenders

the Lakers shoot even worse from 3 point range than we do

if the Rockets are losing to 40 year old Lebron and that spare parts roster, then throw the whole team away

The Warriors do not have a good front office lol. They just have Steph.

People complain about Stone… imagine if in consecutive drafts Rockets drafted Wiseman in front of LaMelo and Hali, Kuminga in front of Franz, and Moody in front of Sengun and Trey Murphy.

    Curry
    Klay
    Draymond
    Signing Iggy

Those are moves of a great front office.

    What has Stone accomplished?

They’re 1-6 in overtime and under .500 in clutch games. So what was the point of getting Durant??
