Athletism vs functional basketball athletism.

Not saying it's easy but hoping a GM could be better at determining it.

I'd say Amen has functional athletism (on the defensive side).

Level 1 - General athletism into basketball athletism: Some version of this is usually what got them into the NBA.

Level 2 - Propensity to developing skill ball. This is something Jalen and KPJ struggled on. And a work in progress for the current young stable. Developing this is what will keep them in the league.
