But it seems youre perfectly content with the previous regime being a key contributor to the Ukraine war.

A few things are clear here and some thoughts:

1. Khamenei was hated around the world for being a piece of ****, including in Iran and it's the one positive here.
2. Another religious extremist will be installed / stand up / try to claim the throne.
3. Trump's intentions are not good and it's not about "democracy". Just shut up on this topic if you think that is true.
4. Israel and the US had no right to attack Iran, even if killing Khamenei is not a bad thing.
5. It's lovely to see Israel attacked, it's sad civilians will pay the price.
6. This is not a good thing by any stretch of the imagination and in reality only the poor, civilians, the innocent will suffer and die while the rich, elite and power hungry sit back, make deals, push buttons and watch their wealth increase.
7. **** Trump, Netanyahu, Khamenei, the Gulf States and anyone involved in this **** show.
8. US and Israel will make sure Iran will not be allowed to choose their own leader and rule their own country.
9. Wouldn't be shocked if this is part of the Greater Israel plan.
10. Trump needs to be assassinated, rather sooner than later.

 

The US is still in Iraq and I'm pro Ukraine. You added absolutely nothing to this discussion.

I think it's likely some combination of everything . I think Trump is increasingly concerned about controlling our own hemisphere . And that if we are basically one in the same with Israel and increase their territory, then we can project power without Europe.

One thing is for sure . If you are a leader in any country not in the top 20 power rankings so to speak military, Trump is proving that the US can and will take you out if you impede him.

Our country has the memory of a gold fish. Bush's "mission accomplished" was over 20 years ago and the average American can't read, so it's no longer part of the public's perception. The Afghan war ended only 5 years ago and idiots on the board are acting like Iran will be over in a few days.
