Perhaps you're being sarcastic but in case you're not, northern Iranians are more white than anyone on the planet except Central Europeans. They originated in Central Asia, associated with cultures like Sintashta and Andronovo in the Eurasian steppes. The first two places they migrated to were certainly Persia and allegedly India followed by Europe.

The word Aryan is a Persian word. Arya - the noun for Aryan - is one of the most common names in Iran since ancient times.

To put this in a simplistic way: from the center of Iran upwards, it's white people with colored eyes. Downwards it's brown people. East is the Indo folks. West is the remnants of Mesopotamians. Tehran is a mix of northern, southern, Turks, Assyrians, Armenians and people originating from neighboring countries.

With all due respect, I think that it's very hard for a Western educated person to comprehend this. I have origins there on one side of my family and I didn't believe any of this till I went with an Iranian American friend and he showed me all the stratas of their society. It doesn't quite hit you until you meet them in their homes away from the government's eyes.

No they're not. Most of those 70 million haven't prayed an Islamic prayer in their life except in schools and when cameras are rolling.

Being nominally counted as Shiite in Iran is meaningless. If you've only been to Qom, you may have a distorted view of the country.

That's the problem in the middle east. You can be pro government and say anything you believe and answer honestly on polls. How will you know we want democracy if saying so gets you killed?

If what you believe is not kosher, there's no polls, no articles, no nothing.

I think if we wait two weeks you're going to discover Iranians are more about wine and dancing. The mosques will be empty when it's time to thank something or someone. The hardcore religious people will go back into the fringe cities they came from and they won't be welcome in the big cities.

You could also just ask some Iranians. Plenty in America.

I'm in Dubai. Have friends in Bahrain. It's the worst there.

The best thing for them is drive to Saudi and stay in a remote area until an airport opens. That's a lot safer than Bahrain. That place is stuffed into a 50km radius and has the weakest defenses. Plus Iranians have always wanted it back.

Delusional. When was the last time you visited Iran? I go every year and the shiite Muslims in Iran for the most part are somewhat religious. You're confusing Iranian Muslims outside of Iran vs actual Iranians

    Absolute BS.

Bro please stop running this ultra Islamic propaganda. This the 3rd time you're making **** up.

Everyone is experiencing PTSD here. No one is cheering this on.

I'm sick of people like you cheering for death and "I told you so's" at the cost of our family's lives. We don't vote you monkey, we're not liable for what you're mad at our government about.

    FFS.

You've not been there more than me. You're a tourist who goes with your wife to a religious pilgrimage. I've been there over a dozen times and one time had to live there 6 months because since my grandfather had an Iranian passport they wanted me to serve in the army. I just bought off the cleric judge obviously.

Also if your partner is just visiting Qom, you do not know anything about Iran. That's like visiting the Vatican and then pretending like you understand Italy.

Stop making **** up just because you're trying to win a debate. Iranian and Arab lives are at risk while you sit on your sofa and spread Iranian government propaganda. Most Iranians would take a dump on your head for saying they're all sad about Khamenei.

Dude you're in Dubai no **** people there have PTSD. You're surrounded by a bunch of white washed Arabs who think they're white and drink and party. If you look at telegram channels of Saudi or Bahrain it's filled with more anti American material than vice versa

When did I say all of them were sad? I'm sure you know but they have elections in Iran and the country has shifted right in recent years. The idea that there's a silent majority of Iranians in Iran who will support a puppet regime is braindead.

Bro, you are talking to a person who knows Iran inside out since he was born. This **** might work on the white folks, but it will not work on me. I've seen all the fake crying and self-harm, I've been there when my friend received a call telling him it's mandatory for him to go cry at the Friday sermon, I work in media and I know EXACTLY how they arrange these planned protests. I've also seen ALL the beautiful things about Iran and Iranian people who are nominally called Shiite. There's nothing wrong with Iranian shiites - they're just like decent people of any religion.

Stop spreading fake news. Your opinion doesn't represent Muslims - who I love dearly - nor the West nor the Middle East nor anyone who is actually involved in these things. You're right to be anti-imperialist, but you don't have to defend the mullahs' regime to be anti-America and anti-Israel.

You're a tourist who accompanies his wife to a religious pilgrimage and you're overstating what you know about Iran. What you're sharing here is only believed by the mullahs themselves and the 5% of the population who think he's sent by god. The people in this video are the 25% who leech off them so that they can make a passable living for their families and not descend into abject poverty. The rest of the Iran does not give a **** that Khamenei is dead.

Most are celebrating and cannot post about it. You are simply taking advantage of the fact that they can't post it and can't protest as safely as your crew. That's a terrible thing to do.

Show me actual data that backs up your claim that the majority of Iranians support the killing of Khamenei. Go ahead and post actual data and not just, "trust me bro." I've lived in Saudi and throughout the middle east while you're living in Dubai. The only person spreading fake news is yourself. You're not even Muslim and telling me what people my religion believe or don't believe.

Your claim of 5% of shiite in Iran only look at Khamenei as the religious leader is some of the dumbest thing I've read. You have no data or stats to back anything what you're saying.

The bottom line is the Iranian people are not going to accept a US installed puppet and you have zero evidence to show otherwise.

He got none, the estimated Anti-mullah voices were estimated at 25-35% percent by those with politics as majors and those that make living talking about politics. That was 1 month ago.....

And even those voices were mostly not totally behind a killing only exile.

Pahlavi and his dad were truly hated by the masses......and he got no friends other than Israel and the US with a few exile Iranians who live the Western life.

In other news. Nothing really changes.

Pahlavi is a snake and most Iranians hate him. His dad was a brutal dictator who killed thousands and this is the guy who the west wants to install as a puppet.

Khamenei never wanted to develop nuclear weapons and made it clear that he wanted to make a deal with the west. His son is crazier than he is and now the hard liners will be in full control of the country.

We only made the situation worst in the long run.

China's probably thinking the same thing about Taiwan.

You gotta remember, the US can overextend itself too.
