That’s the way the r****ds built their bench (and the team). 10 forwards, 5 centers, no guards, no shooting. Same guys who do the same **** just rotate in (or in Ime’s case, just put them in at the same time) Amen, you’re in! Tate, you’re in! Tari, you’re in! DFS, you’re in! Jabari, you’re in! Okogie, you’re in! Adams, you’re in! Capela, you’re in! Stone needs to rebuild that bench in the offseason, whether Ime likes it or not.
Ime is one of the major issues this team has to overcome. It's very frustrating from fans perspective at this point. I hope Ime's shortcomings as a coach starts to get national attention to possible put pressure on the organization to either get him some help or get rid of him.
Because that would required the same GM who signed/traded for 5 non shooters to admit he made a mistake.
Spo is just choking KD/ Reed and dare rest of the team to beat them. Ime somehow completely did 180 and not trusting Sengun and Amen as main point of an offense. Clint, Alpi, DFS, Okogi and Amen line might have been the lowest 3pt % line up in the history of the league
And like I get that Ime knows more about basketball than me, but I don’t think a reasonable person could see that lineup and think that made sense.
Rockets were doing well until they went to their "No shots on offense" lineup of Sengun, Amen, Capela, Okogie and DNP (I mean DFS).
Tari will be in and out due to injury so it’s probably going to be him. I think Amen’s lack of shooting will hurt less against lesser talent.
They're going to have to adjust. Miami is constantly throwing late doubles and swiping at the ball and overplaying and trying to deny everything on the perimeter
