    I genuinely couldn't call it between the BBQ I had in Texas/NC/TN and then yeah New Orleans was ridiculous. To be fair though, southern states in general just nailed comfort food to me. Texas has a leg up on a lot of places because you've got a lot of the other southern stuff but then the mexican imports too and I'm really into spicy food (grow chillies as a hobby.)

    Edit: proper Texas chilli is also by far the best imo, and I've had it all over the states.
