KD burner account found of him talking bad about his teammates in gc

I would think that using a burner account to talk sh#t about your teammates and the organization qualifies as conduct detrimental to the team. But let’s face it, this is the same front office that wanted to build around KPJ and then played dumb when he got busted for beating his girlfriend.

I’d also like to see what account actually posted these recent screenshots … maybe @J.R. knows … there was a lot of reposting, so wasn’t sure. Like, was the original Twitter post on Sunday from a proven participant in the chat or someone the burner follows. If not, that means (fake of not) we can probably assume they spread privately first, on other private channels: other dms, phone chats, discord … once in the wild, the likelihood of manipulation increases exponentially, to include kids daring others to post some fake shlt…to watch internet implode.

what I’d Ike to do is scrape discord looking for that name. If someone is faking those screenshots, I suspect original less-damning KD messages were shared private first, and might lead to the source.

 

Right. I was thinking the Rockets PR won’t touch this with a long pole. Let KD and IME handle it. If it gets worse for the Rockets’ reputation (not for KD or IME), they will step in.

It seems IME has decided (of course I don’t know this for sure) to treat it as a locker-room issue and keep it that way. Anyhow, IME owns the responsibility to ensure the team performs and that this isn’t an ongoing problem. We’re in great hands

Yes, they leaked a while ago (about a month maybe, but not sure abt the exact timing) and were shared in private groups. Some Rockets fans found the burner and started teasing it around that time.

 

This doesn't seem on brand for KD. He's not a sneak. If he doesn't like you, he will tell you. He has been openly happy about taking the young Rockets under his wing.

 

Somebody got to him. Or that's simply his own deflection. The team doesn't want any more of a media circus than is necessary.

 

Again, when asked about it, KD deflected and gave a non-answer answer. A non-denial denial. So, it's true. I'm not dwelling on it, just saying.
