Allegedly KD called him r****ded. Maybe this is evidence of that.

Well it's one or the other if it's real, right? Or, the more plausible situation, is it's all bullshit. Mad that.

That presser looks exactly like one of them last second plays that Ime draws up. Now Kelly, you stand over here and lob it to KD. KD, hold your water, don’t look nervous and give up the play okay. Proceeds to sh*t the bed like we’re so use to all season.

Jabari is likely a championship starter on a team that has a top 10 player. I don’t think the rockets have that.

Either one of the Mavs nets or suns picks needs to be that or they need to trade all of them for someone a bit young that has a chance of that.

Most people agree with you. He flashes good moments. Spacing is important. Very useful regular season player.

I see this big :speed, coordination, movement, fluidity, athleticism, and quick feet element to his game that’s missing. (Compared to the teams that are actually winning trophies)

It puts us at a disadvantage. Best teams will inherently have more guys that can: catch a ball while running full speed, dribble in traffic, make a tough pass, grab and go off of a rebound, get their own shot, etc.

His defense - a reactive style gearing up for the contest at the end (can’t get close and pressure the ball handler, they go right by him) it has a clear history and scale of being pretty effective against the league average - across 30 teams NBA scorer and matchup.

It doesn’t work at all against above average scoring/ball handler talent and that’s all there is when the best teams get together and play each other 7 times in a row.

Age isn’t going to fix it, it’s a speed and coordination/body type issue. Will always be a good place for a confident scorer to get a shot off or spark a play.

His offense is extremely dependent on double teams and scramble rotations.

What happens win a team chooses to put SGA, or Luka, Harden, Jamal Murray, or Anthony Edwards types on Jabari and tell them not to leave him open?

Can we trust Jabari to go at those guys or do we allow them to catch their breath and effectively hide the defender we want in all the actions..

Lots of comparable shooters that can guard other teams best players or attack bad defenders and create something.

I think he has trade value and his contract, training time, opportunity cost is way too high.. seems obvious to me.

Sengun and KD need to be our full allowable quota for cookable slow footed defenders imo. 3 is too many. Everyone else should be fast and apply pressure, playoff ball. We have the assets for it and I would just do that.

whether real or not, this whole thing will die down in about a week max

we saw Jalen Green try to get Josh Christopher pregnant with twins on video, and it was quickly forgotten

Man, he had 3 days to think about what to say, and ask for advise even, and he chose that?

maybe he was coached to say it, but he also could’ve just made himself unavailable, over that “none-sense”.

Hell he could have said, “When you’re as addicted to X as me, you learn not to pay attention to that none-sense.”

Josh was traded because he sucks…Jalen was also traded for on-court performance

so Idk what point you think you’re making

I don't even know why they drafted Christopher, to me both JG and Jaygup are similar player types.....

JG just has the quicker step and shoots more, a major overlap on their part.

They were trying to trade them immediately though lol I dont put this situation on the same level as that one but still I guess we remember it differently because this board talked about it and didnt let up for a long time same with twitter. Again this is way worse than Jalen dry humping a dude. Thats his business. Calling a teammate r****ded on a burner account effects the team.

thinking that Josh Christopher wasn’t dumped because of his scrub on-court play and that that was the catalyst for the organization trying to trade Jalen is r****ded, but think what you want, Idc to go back and forth on this

Dude you're comparing one guys career to another's current season. You're clearly cherry picking.

I've explained the 1% problem to you, you're just being obtuse.

What you're saying is meaningless: they number 35 is kinda close to the number 36.

What I'm teaching you is how you determine if someone is an average jumpshooter in the NBA.

    Thanks for the chat.

The best thing to come out of this is seeing more people actually come around to Jabari.

I don't know how long I've been reading people say he's a great defender - meanwhile I'm in disbelief at how often he blows defensive assignments time and time and time again in game.
