    Were the Venezuelan ship escorted by US Navy ship? Were the ships in that armada all flying the Jolly Roger?

    "Our laws are clear: You can refuse illegal orders."

    For those words, the DOJ tried to get a grand jury to indict six Democrats who appeared in a video with that statement. The grand jury refused to indict.

    For saying those same words, the DoD tried to punish Senator Kelly. A federal judge put a stop to it.

    Free speech wins. Vengeance and political prosecution lose.
