    play harder doesn't work when it's 4 out of 5 guys who are playing hard

    KD doesn't play hard. not because he doesn't try to he just can't. dude is 50 years old and has a nonchalant demeanor about the game

    when the team see he can't play hard, why should they bother to play hard and cover for him.
