Part coach and part roster. Maybe that makes it 100% Ime, because I believe he is the one building the roster. We needed another SG or Combo guard from the start, even before FVV got hurt. Many of us have been clamoring for it since the deadline last year. I think we could still be competitive if Ime was a better bench coach. He wouldn’t even have to abandon his principles, just make better adjustments and rotations. Maybe teach them an inbound play or two?
So many wanna be GMs here. CFs always complaining. There is a lot of good talent on this team and it is damn entertaining to watch. Some of you would rather go back to winning 20 games a season just so we have a chance at a first round pick. SMH.

Doesn't Tari lead the league in 3 point percentage this year? And he plays defense also. And unless I'm mistaken we'd have even less of a chance retaining Quinten Grimes (who I do like) at the end of the year?
Sounds like people just want the adrenaline rush of a big move. I’d rather them stand pat than make a bad trade just for the sake of making a move. We already had a huge trade in the offseason. The team is deep and doing well so far. Calm down.

heck, i even enjoyed the Scola/Kevin Martin 'treadmill of mediocrity' years.... as long as our guy work hard and play smart... ill deal with whatever may happen...

You do know it's the current GM who oversaw those 20-win seasons, right? The Rockets past 40 seasons have been over 30-wins in all 36 of those years. Of the 4 years they failed to reach 30 wins, one GM oversaw 3 of those seasons. And its the one so many Rockets fans are certain is the absolute savior of this team. When his predecessors have all done better.
Would love to have Spencer D, wish they got him at the beginning of the season. Is he done in Europe yet?
