If anything, would a crash not force Saylor to sell further exacerbating a crash and allow people to buy at a much lower price?

I think the forced sale price is something silly like 15k.

Whatever happens to saylor or strategy doesn't change the fundamentals of bitcoin, so me no care.

incorrect my Bitcoin friend. Bitcoin could go to zero and he wouldnt have to sell. Strategy aquired over 2B in USD reserves to cover its debt obligations for at least 18 months.

Same thing that happens every time there is a failure in the financial services sector.

A bunch of people panic, the price falls, nothing about the protocol or network changes, and then it goes higher.

    -45% now and counting.
I would be surprised if it goes below 60 but it’s starting to look like it’s possible.

As a shorthand tool I use the BTC spiral chart to gauge true "floor".

In other words, the Bitcoin's price bottom at any given time is the approximate price from 4 years ago.

Right now that would put the floor around 50K.

If you believe in the cycle theory, then bear case is we sleepwalk at 60-70K for several months to a year or more.

I'm a believer that the cycle theory is largely dead. The way BTC has behaved the past 24~ months is absolutely not in line with its past trends.

IMO it's just as likely that we bounce off this dip and hit a new ATH given the volatility right now.

Of course all of this is trader talk, which is something I am not nor do I advocate.

Buy. Hold. Win. Same as it ever was.

    Way off.

He's talking about paper and contracts.

On-chain Bitcoin hasn't changed. You can't compare paper bitcoin to the real thing.

This is something old-heads often do because they don't understand bitcoin is a bearer instrument that can't be captured and manipulated, unlike other commodities.
