It's illegal for the "journalist" to orchestrate and/or conspire with others to orchestrate the event and then hide behind the cloak of "journalism." The question is what was the extent of Don Lemon's involvement in making this church protest happen or was he simply tipped off to it? Clearly he didn't just show up randomly and stumble upon it. This was orchestrated and if Don took part in that orchestration he is screwed.
It always makes me laugh when maga people admit they are ignorant of the facts in a matter but at the same time claim righteous convictions in their strong beliefs about a topic they claim ignorance on. The situation at the church has been well documented. Levy Armstrong and a handful of other activists have openly talked about their role in organizing the protest and have been charged by the doj and released by the court while the case gets adjudicated. The case is muddled and will likely be a challenging one for the Trump doj to prove because in order for them to prove Levy and co. are guilty you need to prove that the churchgoers were not allowed to worship. The DOJ is even arguing anymore that Levy and co. entered illegally. They aren’t arguing that they illegally made too much noise. They are arguing a freedom to worship case. Lemon is the clear target here though which is crazy because the actual organizers are very clear about their role and the DOJ is instead focusing their efforts on Lemon who clearly identified himself as a journalist. Who knows and who cares about how he found out about the protest. It’s clear that he was not the organizer. Court documents in the Levy indictment make it very clear she was the culprit and she does not deny that. The fact is you guys and your cleric Trump have some weird Lemon derangement syndrome. He’s a very insignificant YouTube journalist but for some reason you guys are obsessed with him. Why is it you guys aren’t more concerned with corporate media like CBS or Disney or Amazon? Why is a YouTube journalist treated like a terrorist but CBS can walk on water, and lie through their teeth?
Lemon should have known better. He also was also aware, by his own admission, of what the rioters planned to do upon storming the church. Is it your belief that anyone who claims to be acting as a journalist has a license to disrupt private church services, including baptisms, weddings, and funerals?
