He's shooting very poorly this year and is 38 yrs old. He was a great player, but Father Time is undefeated, and now he’s washed. I’m not opposed to adding him on a buyout. He can still dribble and facilitate, still takes care of the ball, but he’s not a difference-maker.
Father time has caught up to Mike. I hope we don't get him. We already had our rotation of PG corpses back in the JVG days and Prigioni. Don't want to do that again.
If we have FVV this would be a good buyout pickup. But the Rockets don't need a 3rd string PG. They need a starting caliber PG.

i actually was considering him the other day... i havent really seen him play this year - and his numbers have fallen off a cliff... so idk... He is the kinda guy i'd like us to get... id even take CP3... just a vet that can come in and calm things down when we get out of control or stupid... a solid 20 minutes/game...

Holy ****, nah that's bad. I'd honestly rather run Tate than any of them, I know he'll give solid minutes and not **** up more than he does **** up.
