    Anyone with money should leave NYC -- it will go downhill from here. These policies are known failures -- they've been tested and failed with a higher performing set of people. The timing of the NYC collapse will depend on when the financial services firms leave. Miami and Dallas stand to benefit greatly.

    Mamdani is financially illiterate. He will tax and spend until the city is ruined. And it will likely happen very quickly -- it's already in worse financial shape than anyone expected... and Mamdani's poor policies haven't even fully kicked in yet. Manhattan will look like the slums of Karachi very soon.

    Miami and Dallas stand to benefit from NY voters' mistake.
