Yeah but can he do it in the playoffs? That was my biggest gripe about him last season. He disappeared in our series against GS.

He's designed to be around 1A scorers, playing off their spacing and double teams. We didn't really have that in the playoffs.

Booker is the best offensive player he's ever played with. People underestimate how much of a difference that makes. Playing next to Durant would have been great for him too.

Ott's offense is magic of course, everyone knows that. No coach is getting that much offense out of that roster. Lots of guys are breaking career highs. We never had that either.

I think as a 3rd option he'll be fine in the playoffs.

Why isn't Brooks in the Most Improved Player conversation. The space between him and Avdija and is pretty small.

I called this before the season started. Everyone wrote Phoenix off, but I saw what Ott was up to .

I do not even have a problem with Phoenix making the Finals again without CP3 but that is getting a little ahead of myself.

Would be rare times a 30 year old get this, usually it is an award for upcoming players who are in their early to mid 20s.

    Brooks - 56% TS
    Avdija - 61% TS

Brooks is a volume scorer having the time of his life. Avdija is actually very efficient as the main offensive hub of his team.

The crazy one for me is when basketball players go on the Pivot Podcast and all them football players look tiny when it's just a 6'3 guard who's come in, nevermind anyone taller. The perception/perspective is crazy to me how we'll look at players as "tiny" then in real life they're way taller than most people still.

He always talks about getting rebounds, diving for the ball. Seldom talks about how to put the ball in the basket.

Ime playing the victim, now I've seen it all.

'I couldn't possibly win without Dillon Brooks!!'

Give me a break. Talent is the most important thing in the NBA and you had the most talented team on the floor. BY FAR.

If you couldn't convince them to dive for loose balls - who's fault is that? Because Okogie, Amen, Tari and Bari were diving for loose balls before you ever got here. No one BUT YOU doubts that they're high effort players.

No one in the league loses because of the difference between Brooks and Tari's effort plays on the court. It's a joke that he points to this when he just got his ass handed to him by a team of 1 starter and 4 g league players. Yes, the g league players are going to play more desperate. That's no excuse for the way more talented team to lose.

At some point Ime is going to lose KD's ear and KD is going to give him the Ime treatment. I'm sick of Ime treating everyone like the journeyman role player he used to be. Does he even understand talent?
