Keep the Electoral College, but the Popular Vote Wins out. You got to reform that badly......

Would not even mind to have 2 guys at the top, one is just too overpowering.

The title of President should be more of an honorary one, add a Prime Minister.

    ancient times.

i heard people still rode horses in most places in the 1990s and brehs settled disputes with gun duels.

Honestly this shouldve been the solution to deal with Trump. Give him a ceremonial head of state role with none of the power. In Canada, the governor general is the highest paid member of the government and they live in the nicest property for government officials (much nicer than the PM's house). They also get to go around the world to do ceremonial things but ultimately they have zero political power.

That was where I got all my pirated software and movies back in the day when I used to engage in that sort of behavior. Newsgroups were like the OG Dark Web - very shady stuff happening. There were lots of overly hyperspecific p*rn newsgroups, too.

Back in the late 1900s, people didn't inject politics into every single possible topic of discussion.

In fact, it was nobody's damn business what your politics were.

Dude, you literally have 132k posts. I don't think "talking to people" applies to you in any decade. Also, very unusual shoehorning your political BS about the President.

I think its relevant on what we did not have say in 1990, no cell phones, no internet like today, No X, No FB.....................No BS MIs Information. We had Dave Ward to tell us what was up, Marvin Zindler on where not to get slime in the Ice Machine and Bob Allen filling us in on the Astros and Oilers

We cruised the mall on Friday nights in our cars with Craigers on the rear wheels listening to REO Speedwagon, RUSH and Ozzy. I was head to toe in Ocean Pacific and Vans on my feet

I saw Foreigner at the Woodlands a few years ago. Opening for another legacy act that I can't remember. I remember checking wiki on the way there to see how many original members were still in the band. I always do that when I see a "legacy" band. But yeah....Foreigner literally had ZERO original members.

The singer kept introducing songs by saying "we released this song back in 19...." and me and my friends were like "uh...no YOU didn't. Foreigner did."

Look, I'm all for these legacy acts continuing to tour etc.* They've earned that right. But if you don't have a single original member in the band...you're basically a tribute band at that point.

*Unless you're Motley Crue and you don't even play live or sing live anymore.

Nothing BS about it at all, he is a racist, crook who has been accused of raping a 13 year old girl with Epstein, he should be in prison.

And I have been here since 1996/7

Saturday nights listening to KPFT and Sunday night prank calling the talk show (they couldn't afford a 7-second delay).

    Good times.

I just saw a commercial for Starship, "starring Mickey Thomas", at the Kickapoo Casino in Eagle Pass, Tx.

Friday, Feb 13, so you can "Kick off" your Valentine's weekend!

    Just in case you're interested.
