You might also notice that the gun was not "bagged and tagged". The ICE agents do not know how to work a crime scene ... or ... they know how but know, if they do not process the crime scene, any criminal trial for their wrong doings will be close to impossible.

At the Minneapolis Border Patrol shooting, the suspect was armed with a SIG Sauer P320 AXG Combat, a high-capacity 9mm pistol with a threaded barrel, extended 20–21 round magazine, and a SIG Romeo optic—a setup costing $1,500–$2,000. This was not a cheap carry gun.

Officers were in a physical struggle with an armed suspect when a gun was perceived and the word “gun” was shouted. Under settled self-defense law, officers are entitled to rely on fellow officers’ reasonable perceptions. They do not have to personally confirm the threat.

Once a firearm appears during active resistance, the legal standard is simple: reasonable perception of imminent deadly force. That standard was met here. Freeze-frame activism doesn’t override real-time dynamics, and the law does not require officers to wait to be shot. This was a tragic—but lawful—use of force.

At this point there could be 1080 high res video of Jesus Christ himself on his knees praying for an ice agent before an ICE agent unloads a round into his back and all of these MAGA nutbags would claim that they say a bearded radical man from the Middle East who must be a terrorist putting his hands together to ignite a bomb that would have killed good hearted patriots serving to protect Americans from an invasion of violent criminals (working jobs like cleaning the sh$t from your toilets, mowing your lawn, and cleaning your dishes after you eat your medium well steak from Texas Roadhouse).

This country is lost, and as long as 35 to 40% of Americans are still in the cult that has been groomed by the billionaire oligarch class, then I see no reason why the world needs to do anything other than disown this country and re-align their partnerships from this hellhole of corruption, violence, and malcontent. 35% is far too much to survive. Just because 3 to 5% of voters have apparently broken from MAGA it doesn’t mean we aren’t still a liability to the global order and the larger human experiment just as the Nazi movement was 90 years ago.
