Lots of guys want to be firefighters, but unlike ICE, we have standards that many can't meet. Let's see here, there are 3 million in the Minneapolis metro area and 3000-plus agents, so that's roughly 1 agent for every 1,000 residents and they want to bring in more and/or additional military forces. But, most are in Minneapolis proper, which is only about 430,000, giving us a ratio of 1 agent for every 145 residents. In the US as a whole, almost 83% live in an urban area, so let's round up and call that 290 million people. To match the numbers in the Minneapolis metro area nationally, you'd need 290,000 agents plus the ones on the border, so again, let's round up and call it 310,000 ICE/BP agents. 221,000 applicants (assuming they take them all and at this point we have seen absolutely no standards so that seems like a decent bet) is a good chunk of the total needed to occupy every urban area in the US like they are doing Minneapolis, but you would still need military troops. If you do the math based on just the Minneapolis proper population, you'd need 2 million agents, a much more daunting number. So, to replicate what's going on in Minnesota and expand it across all US urban areas, you'd need somewhere between 310,000 and 2,000,000 agents plus additional military backup. Where are they coming from? There are only so many fantasy-driven incels out there and the pool of prison guards looking for bonuses is not infinite. Then there is the military. We've got Greenland, Canada, Venezuela, Cuba, Panama, and the rest of our global military portfolio. Where are those new troops coming from? None of this is happening without a draft.
I would think ICE agents are more fit than fire fighters. It's not easy wrestling non-compliant, criminally active illegals fighting for their freedom. Plus, ICE agents need to be skilled in weapons.
Just think of the hundreds of billions wasted on ICE thugs out doing crap like this, just grabbing random people and detaining them until they prove they are a citizen. It's not even about catching suspects in drug raids, catching them committing crimes, or them being a murder suspect. They are treated like violent criminals regardless of whether they have ever committed a violent crime.
ICE's apprehension rate is 99.97% accurate, according to the data. Very rarely do they pick up someone who is not illegal. That's the data. Of course the (dishonest) media focuses on the 0.03% -- a tiny fraction. Don't get played by the media. GOOD DAY

Just a reminder that the community helped the most by deportations is the African American community. Oftentimes, illegals reside in heavily-AA areas, straining local resources... and driving up housing costs... and adding to the already-high crime stats. So the ICE agents that you denigrate are actually doing great things to help the AA community. GOOD DAY
