What you or anyone personally believes isn’t relevant here. The case went through a full trial, the defense was heard, and the jury unanimously concluded that the prosecution met its burden, including the felony element. They rejected Trump’s defense and found that the business records were falsified to conceal another crime. The verdict closed the case legally, even if people continue to argue about it afterward.
