ICE is not allowed to make traffic stops they are not LEO - they are IMMIGRATION only they don't have the right to pull people over unless they have reasonable suspicion that someone of illegal status is in your car. DD

This is a matter of enforcing laws. United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement is duly constituted agency of the Federal government. They are acting within their legal authority. Just because you widely and vaguely claim they aren't doesn't make it so. Individual instances of ICE agents acting improperly doesn't invalidate anything. There are instances of such actions in every police department in the country enforcing local/state/federal laws. It's not "fascist" to support ICE enforcing our immigration laws passed by our legislature and signed into law by our President. It's quite the opposite actually. It is literally the representative process in action. You people are out of your minds.

Your reading comprehension is HORRIBLE. Where did I say she was trying "to kill him"? She pointed a huge SUV at him and sped towards him. The point is not what her M.O. was but how the officer responded to it in a split second. Where did I say she had it "coming to her"? She wanted to FAFO and thus she and only she put herself in this position. Sad thing is none of this had to happen if she just would've listened. It was VERY apparent that an officer told her to get out of the car as he's walking towards her as well as trying to open her car door. I don't know about you, but I tell my kids if an officer tells them to do something do it.
