By the way, a Republican congressman from California died last night. The GOP margin in the House is now two. It also gives Newsom license to play games with the special election (or not) given what Abbot did in delaying a special election and what Johnson did in delaying the seating of an elected Democrat. I don't like it and I don't like the tit-for-tat, but Democrats would be fools not to play the game like Republicans do.

If this was a Biden rumor. Fox News would be blasting this 24 x 7, shamelessly.

I would say it depends on if he is trying to stop them from entering as customers or if he is trying to stop them from entering to make lawful arrests. One is free speech and one is obstruction. I don't want to watch some random guys 3 minute tik tok, but those would be my conditional takes.
