This loss definitely isn't on Reed but his defense tonight has been absolutely atrocious.

 

We can't outrebound them by 25 so we lose against them. It really is that simple

 

Just call it a night, this team looks lost

 

It's like we feel like we're too good and cool to try hard against lottery teams - this has literally been our Achilles heel this entire season and apparently we still need to keep getting beat over the head with the same lesson because it somehow won't stick for these players.

I don't believe in individual +/- having much merit but his defense has been flat out terrible.

I'm surprised Ime is still playing him.

 

This is why the team isn't going anywhere until they get a competent coach

oh please. I didnt question ime pulling sheppard right now because he actually wasn't doing much.

the post you quoted was when ime was playing his patented Tate, holiday, Amen lineup again and Reed was the scapegoat.

 

yeah sad to say it’s been a very obvious weak spot tonight. But at this point we need him to shoot us back into this game; especially with KD in foul trouble

 

Seems to be always the same teams Rockets have problems with (Mavs, Kings, Spurs)

Looking like it'll end up another 20 point loss to this bad Mavs team. I can excuse us not playing well against them especially with AD playing and us losing Alpi and Steve-O but I can't excuse the lack of effort and and defense.

 

If our players just took care of business like professionals and stayed consistent, we'd be the 2 seed right now. Don't know what it's going to take but it's frustrating as hell and they need to fix it
