    KD's impact on Reed Shepherd is far greater than FVV, Fred pretty much just told him "watch me", but KD is on the floor with him and thats where you learn the most. It also seems like KD is encouraging off the court as well, i think part of Fred knew he could be replaced and he still wants to start.
