    KD didnt want to have to do this this early in the season.

    He wanted to coast for a while and save himself for the playoffs.

    They thought hard about it. Definitely didn't want to give Jokic his third.

    This could be completey taken out of the game if players could no longer foul out. Let players stay in the game and just add a technical free throw to every foul after 5.

    Nobody pays to see players get disqualified, and nobody likes refs swallowing their whistle to avoid it.
