You’re referencing a borderline, if not all star, or even superstar player.

Guys who can pass at a high level, shoot the 3ball, play above average defense, have a good ball handle and can penetrate/ collapse the D are almost purely allstars and superstars.

Attainable and affordable players will all have major flaws. Do you want Schroder? That’s about as good as cheap trade target can possibly get. It’s questionable if a guy like him is even an upgrade to Holiday or Reed.
