    someone explain to me how carter's contest is not a foul?

    NBA clearly made an emphasis about the high five challenge even if the ball was off the shooter's hand.

    I'm glad it took Scott Foster 52 minutes to realise CP3 no longer plays for Houston, and makes a crucial call in favor of the Rockets.
