    It couldn't be more obvious that nobody is accustomed to their roles or the situation without Fred and with trying to incorporate KD

    Let's give them some games (and some against a less-elite defense) before we start going into panic mode

    Also, again, we can't really make a trade until December 15th for the most part.

    Reed is going to have to improve his defense. Whoever sees him they just light up and attack.

    Needs to get peskier, more anticipatory. He's a good athlete so he should not be getting blown past like that.
