DD is just commenting on the inflation hitting everything including game consoles. Which unless I am mistaken for the last 30 years always go down in price not up.

Undoubtedly this is going to be a D&D thread given the nature of tariffs imposed from this administration.

On console prices, I think they have been relatively flat this century, there were definitely some very expensive (inflation adjusted) systems in the 80s/90s

 

50 bucks isn't going to matter one way or the other when it comes to purchasing a 700 dollar console.... and that's still cheaper than a proper GPU.

 

Not just that, everything is up in prices as we go through inflation completely created by dumbassery.
